Spacious, modern, and offering unbeatable spa and games facilities, Chalet Husky is a wonderful addition to our portfolio of luxury chalets. Tucked away in the central 'Petit Alaska' area of Val d'Isère, a short chauffeured minibus ride from the snow front and the resort's infamous shopping and restaurant scene, the chalet will wow any guest with its quirky design, large swimming pool and open plan living space overlooking an indoor atrium garden.
Husky's wellness area is second-to-none, comprising a well-equipped fitness room, hot tub, sauna, hammam, and massage room where our in-house masseuses can treat your aching muscles. The pièce de résistance is the generous indoor swimming pool, with its waterfall and colourful lighting. If this isn't enough to entertain your little ones, upstairs you'll find the indoor climbing wall, play archery and rifle shooting, and cinema area.
The chalet's showstopping top floor is truly magnificent, spanning from the sitting area with its open fireplace and chess corner, over the glass walkway suspended above the tropical indoor garden, to the stylish bar for the ultimate in-chalet après-ski. The dining area is close by and is the perfect setting for superb 4 course dinners prepared by your chef.
Sleeping 14 in 7 uniquely designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and TV, this is the ideal chalet for large families and groups of friends alike, with plenty to entertain guests of all ages. Combined with its thoughtful decoration and creative furnishings, Husky is a magical place to spend a week that you won't want to leave.
The food offered is largely what sets a holiday with us apart. Eating has always been a memorable experience, akin to eating in a top quality restaurant. We truly aim to deliver the best food in the Alps and succeed in this - we were the overall winners of The Times Chalet Chef 2010 award and so our food has been independently rated as the best in the Alps, but our standards have improved hugely even since then and our reputation in the ski chalet industry is unparalleled. As a result, we are able to attract extraordinary chefs, passionate about food and about delighting you!
Beautiful food deserves only the finest wine, which is why our wine list is composed by the acclaimed Master of Wine and owner of Savage Selection wines, Mark Savage. Mark brings interesting, small production wines to the table, all deeply characteristic of their origin and beautifully paired with our food. What better way to end a fantastic day on the slopes?
Setting yourself up for a great day on the slopes and rewarding yourself afterwards are some of the best elements of a skiing holiday. You'll start your day with a beautifully presented breakfast of fruit juices, a freshly made "smoothie" or fruit / vegetable juice, fresh coffees, teas, yoghurts, cereals, porridge, a hot dish - like a "Eggs Royale" or a "full English breakfast", jambon cru, cheeses, fresh fruit salad, fresh bread and freshly baked croissants and jams. After your day on the slopes, homemade cakes and biscuits await you in the sitting room. Dinner is the pièce de résistance. Before your meal, canapés and champagne allow you to unwind in true style. You're then treated to an exceptional four-course meal, rounded off with freshly ground coffee, a digestif and homemade truffles.
We're more than happy to tailor your meals to your dietary preferences. A range of teas, coffees and fresh fruit are available at any time along with our complimentary bar of champagne, wine, spirits, beer and mixers.
