No.5 Aspen House offers the perfect space for 6 guests looking to ski in Val d’Isère. Located on the second floor this wonderful apartment is entirely independent with its own open plan living / dining area, cutting edge dancing fire, wifi, balcony, three en suite bedrooms and dedicated chalet host.
Each of the en suite bedrooms can be presented as either a twin or a double. Turn left for the nursery slopes, just a two-minute walk away. Turn right for the bars, restaurants and shops of Val d’Isère on your very doorstep. Aspen House has a spa on the ground floor with hammam, sauna and a rather grand tiled jacuzzi, more Turkish bath than hot tub.
Our new home in Val d’Isere, Aspen House, is in the older part of town and right next to the church, minutes from the High Street, a quiet location only one hundred metres from the piste (all flat). Whilst the building is brand new, each of the apartments are sumptuously designed creating a timeless aura with classic furnishings and a rich decor. With suites sleeping from 4 to 10 guests each will provide a sensational home for a week’s skiing.
Our build started in 2017 and the wrapper finally comes off this autumn. The images you can see are all CGI but our animation boys know exactly how we build and how we furnish, everything is to scale from the architect plans. Real interior images to follow as soon as we can early next season, but don’t wait, the chalets will be sold out long before then.

The new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.
As well as possessing a flair for entertaining and a genuine love of food, our chalet hosts are friendly, unflappable and exceptionally hard working. Your dedicated chalet host will ensure your mountain exertions are rewarded with sumptuous food and fine wine.
