Intricately designed and embracing authentic woods, luxurious fabrics, and handpicked antiques from the owner's travels, Chalet Le Ti is the finest example of a traditional alpine home.
Perfectly positioned on Chemin de Clambin, the chalet is ideally located a short distance from the main Médran and Savoleyres lift stations as well as just being a short walk from the centre of town. A wonderful base for families or a group of friends looking to experience the very best that Verbier has to offer.
The chalet sleeps up to eight people in three bedrooms and a mezzanine with two single beds. Alpine detailing, rich textures, and rustic furnishings flow throughout the chalet creating a wonderful, welcoming ambiance. A veritable treasure trove; highlights include the hanging pendant in the sitting room which was an inspiration from the owner's travels to Morocco and the George II walnut and parcel-gilt mirror that hangs in the entrance perfectly placed next to the George II oak chest from the 18th century.
The first floor of the chalet is home to the open plan dining and living area. Sumptuous sofas surround the natural stone fireplace and the large rustic dining table can seat eight people comfortably. During the day, step out onto the sun drenched south-facing terrace and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
In the evening, cosy up in front of the roaring fire with a glass of champagne before sitting down to sample the finest cuisine in the elegant dining area. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
Surrounding the chalet is a wonderful garden and terrace area with a private outdoor hot tub and stylish seating.
The main sleeping area is situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a fixed king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and shower as well as his and hers sinks. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a wonderful quad bunk room with en-suite shower room. The fourth sleeping area is situated on the mezzanine level on the top floor of the chalet; there are two single beds with the dedicated shower room situated on the ground floor.
The ground floor is also home to the entertainment room with pool table, bar, and flat screen TV. Retro leather chairs and comfortable sofas make it the perfect place to relax after dinner. The chalet is wired with a Crestron entertainment system throughout.
A wine cellar, ski room with boot warmers, and laundry room separate the ground floor from access to the garage.
A perfect option for larger groups of friends or families, the chalet can be taken in conjunction with Bella Coola to create the Bella Coola Estate which sleeps up to 19 people in total. The chalets are connected via the underground garage or through the gardens.

The chalet is sold on a catered, bed and breakfast, self-catered, or accommodation-only basis.
If independence is a key factor when it comes to choosing your winter ski chalet or luxury apartment, then the accommodation only service is the perfect option for you. You will arrive to the finest quality sheets, slippers, robes and luxury bathroom products. With your included concierge service we will ensure your lift passes are ready for you on arrival and your concierge will also be on hand to make restaurant reservations, ski instruction and other activity bookings.
With Bed and Breakfast service, you are free to eat out in the evenings and take full advantage of the many fabulous in-resort restaurants. In the mornings, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of a continental breakfast laid out for you in the comfort of your chalet, every day of your stay. Breakfast will include bread and pastries from the local bakery, a selection regional cold meats and cheeses, artisanal yoghurts, delicious jams, honey etc, coffee, tea, and juices. With this service, cleaning is provided seven days of the week. Linen and towels are provided and towels are changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request.
With self-catered service, housekeeping is provided seven days of the week. Luxury bathroom products from Acqua di Parma, the finest linen and fresh towels are provided, with the towels being changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. As our concierges are all highly-qualified ski or snowboard instructors, they also have a wealth of knowledge about the mountain and prevailing weather conditions. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. All additional services are subject to availability.
On catered basis your property will be staffed by a team of seasoned winter professionals who have been trained to understand the subtle details that make a catered ski holiday exceptional and unforgettable. Our team is passionate about using locally sourced, seasonal produce and working alongside our valued suppliers your chef will work with you to create an evening menu perfectly tailored to your group. Children, dietary requirements, and any other specific requests will be discussed prior to your arrival. And even during your stay, the staff will be willing to adapt the menu plan to accommodate your wishes.

If the Clients must cancel booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE they will have the following options:
a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay.
c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months.
d) The normal payment terms still apply in the case of points a), b) and c) above (full payment is due 8 weeks in advance of travel date). Any payments already made by the Client will be retained unless the Client opts for a cash refund as set out below.
e) The Clients may also opt to receive a cash refund for booking. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
f) The Clients will pay the same deposit of 25% and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to travel.

When sold on a catered basis, the chalet normally comes with a 24-hour 4x4 driving service.
