Spacious newly built and furnished 5 ½ room apartment with a gross floor area of 160 m2 featuring four double bed rooms for 8 people. From the apartment and its surrounding balcony you have a great view of the mountains. It is equipped in a modern way with three bathrooms (WC and 2 x bath tub/WC), chimney and a quality kitchen with all the needed facilities such as a ceramic glass hob, a stove, a dish washer, a fridge and a freezer. The living room features a LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player as well as free wireless for your laptop.
In the common rooms of the house you will find an outstandingly equipped wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and hamam (steam room) as well as a storage room for your skis with a ski boot dryer. There is an elevator taking you from the ground floor to your apartment.

The Casa della Vita is located in the very popular Winkelmatten area on a quiet spot. Within a short 5 minutes walk you can reach the nearest grocery store and the bus stop and within 10 minutes you are at the bottom station of the Matterhorn Express which is the main cable car to the skiing area, the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and the summer hiking trails. It takes a 15 minutes walk to get to the town centre with its wide selection of bars, shops and restaurants. The house can be reached either by electric cabs or by public bus (direction Winkelmatten).
