Located on the first floor of the Nevada residence in the centre of Zermatt, and sleeping up to two people in one bedroom, Mount Rose is the quintessential base for a couple or two friends who value modern living and on-your-doorstep access to the various delights of Zermatt.
Stylishly decorated in neutral tones with splashes of colour in dramatic mountain-inspired artwork, Mount Rose is a soothing space in the midst of the vibrant village of Zermatt, just metres from numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is also just a minute’s walk from the train station and is equally close to the Gornergrat station, which gives you quick access to the many pistes and trails for which the resort is famed.
After entry, step into the modern open plan living and dining area where relaxation comes naturally on the generous L-shaped sofa. There is seating for four at the modern dining room table which is overlooked by the fully-equipped single-wall kitchen. The living area opens out onto a terrace.
On the other side of the entrance is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Designed with ease in mind, the bedroom can be configured as a double or twin. There is also a guest toilet room between the bedroom and the living area.
Mount Rose can be accessed by either a lift or stairs. The residence also houses a ski room with private ski lockers and a laundry room with all the necessary facilities.
This apartment is normally sold on a self-catered basis.
