Available for weekly or monthly stays, the 760-square-meter Chalet Perla is arranged over four floors and includes a SPA area with sauna, heated pool, bathrooms and changing rooms. A large-screen, soundproofed private cinema will further enhance the many entertainment possibilities offered within this stunning property.
The large living space with a wet bar, sofas and a fireplace, is connected to a dining area and an ultra-modern kitchen with center island, fully equipped with professional appliances and tools.
An entire floor is dedicated to a spacious living room with wet bar, a games room, a TV room and an elegant study to welcome guests to the chalet. To top it off, the chalet includes a master bedroom suite with king size bed, 2 walk-in closets, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a fireplace.
Each of the four spacious suites, one of which with fireplace, features a double bed, a relaxation area, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and power shower and a walk-in closet to provide maximum comfort and exclusivity.
Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, each equipped with a private bathroom and walk-in closets, are reserved for service personnel.
