Sleeping four adults and one child in two large bedrooms, this second floor apartment is ideally located only a short stroll from the ski lift and centre of the village. Lech is a charismatic village which safeguards its traditions and has a timeless charm and sophistication, not to mention, sublime skiing.
This mountain retreat is the ideal base for families with the closest lift, the Schlosskopf chairlift, only a six-minute walk away.
Luxury linens, soft tones and meticulous attention to detail has ensured a stylish and comfortable atmosphere throughout. With floor to ceiling windows, natural light floods through the apartment. The apartment is spread over one elegant floor. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is the ideal arrangement for social evenings around the wide dinner table or relaxing with your favourite après ski drink.
The dining table comfortably sits eight guests and has easy access to the open plan kitchen which has everything you need to make yourself at home in the mountains. Enjoy dining in or if you prefer, have a drink on the terrace before experiencing one of Lech’s finest restaurants.
The living area has a large comfy sofa, and chairs for up to six people. Centred around the fireplace, and surrounded by breath-taking views, this makes the perfect spot to curl up and relax whilst it is snowing outside.
Decorated in tranquil, muted tones throughout, the bedrooms will ensure a good night’s sleep is had by all.
The beautiful master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, and French doors lead out to an oversized terrace, offering fantastic views and providing plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There is a further, large double bedroom across the hall, and which has an adjacent shower room. In the hallway there is a children’s niche bed which provides a cosy spot should guests be requiring an additional bed.
Guests have access to the exclusive spa facilities making this one of Lech’s most sought-after residences. An indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and treatment room provide the ultimate in relaxation after a hard day on the slopes.
The apartment can be taken on a self-catered, bed & breakfast or accommodation only basis, benefiting from our renowned service throughout your stay.
With self-catered service, housekeeping is provided seven days of the week. Luxury bathroom products from Acqua di Parma, the finest linen and fresh towels are provided, with the towels being changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. As our concierges are all highly-qualified ski or snowboard instructors, they also have a wealth of knowledge about the mountain and prevailing weather conditions. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. All additional services are subject to availability.
With Bed and Breakfast service, you are free to eat out in the evenings and take full advantage of the many fabulous in-resort restaurants. In the mornings, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of a continental breakfast laid out for you in the comfort of your chalet, every day of your stay. Breakfast will include bread and pastries from the local bakery, a selection regional cold meats and cheeses, artisanal yoghurts, delicious jams, honey etc, coffee, tea, and juices. With this service, cleaning is provided seven days of the week. Linen and towels are provided and towels are changed mid-week. If the Clients must cancel booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE they will have the following options:
a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay.
c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months.
d) The normal payment terms still apply in the case of points a), b) and c) above (full payment is due 8 weeks in advance of travel date). Any payments already made by the Client will be retained unless the Client opts for a cash refund as set out below.
e) The Clients may also opt to receive a cash refund for booking. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
f) The Clients will pay the same deposit of 25% and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to travel.
Brunnenhof 8 is ideally located only a ten-minute walk from the centre of the village and a six-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will take you up and onto the slopes within minutes. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
Schlosskopf chairlift - 6-minute walk.
Schleggelkopf chairlift - 12-minute walk.
Village centre - 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.
