Cancellation policy
Booking window: from April 10, 2020 to August 31, 2020
Travel window: from June 06, 2020 to April 30, 2021
For all holiday bookings made only between 10 April 2020 and 31 August 2020, the holiday will be refunded (excluding booking and cancellation management fees) in the event of cancellation due to force majeure linked to a health risk (Covid-19). Unless otherwise specified, this cancellation offer is valid for all our summer 2020 and winter 2020-2021 within the limit of the booking dates mentioned.
