Thousands of skiers flock to Méribel year after year to enjoy its winding pistes, exciting activities and welcoming atmosphere. But, not all of these visitors will get the chance to stay in one of the most luxurious lodges in the region. Our stunning Chalet Rachelle is one of our most popular Méribel chalets, acclaimed for its superb location and excellent facilities.
If you’re tempted by the sound of spending your ski trip in luxury, here’s a closer look at what your stay in this chalet will look like…
Chalet Rachelle is a recipient of the Tourist Office’s ‘5* Label Méribel’ award, and was built along the same specifications.
Chalet Rachelle is one of our most luxurious chalets, not only because it’s ideally located in close proximity to the slopes. The interior of this chalet is in a class of its own, featuring a wide range of stunning facilities to further your enjoyment during your stay.
Chalet Rachelle’s spacious south-facing sitting room features floor-to-ceiling windows, an open log fireplace, deep cushion armchairs and sofas, HD satellite, digital and Apple television, DVD player, music and iPod systems. A magnificent oak dining table forms the centrepiece of the dining room where again floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the beautiful Méribel valley.
Chalet Rachelle’s six ensuite bedrooms are furnished in luxurious fabrics and antique furniture. Four of the six bedrooms have balconies overlooking the mountains and all but one double can also be made into a twin and four are suitable for the inclusion of cots.
A large deck surrounds the front of the chalet featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor table and chairs, sun-loungers, outdoor heaters, table tennis, table football, darts board, exterior music system and a fully stocked bar. There’s a study area equipped with telephone, fax, computer, broadband and wireless Internet access and on the ground floor a laundry room, heated ski and boot room and on-site private parking.
While the Three Valleys is one of the most prestigious places to stay in the Alps, our luxurious facilities provide everything needed to keep you entertained off the slopes!
Decorated in more blues and greens, Chalet Rachelle is similarly close to Méribel-Village’s epicentre, with its apres-ski bar Lodge du Village, supermarket, boulangerie, restaurants and the Télésiège du Golf chairlift only a few metres away. Our guests can ski back to the chalet using a short detour through the trees from the Lapin piste which runs alongside the chairlift.
We pride ourselves on marrying an exemplary service with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere.
Food is an intrinsic part of any skiing holiday, and something we’re deeply passionate about. During your stay in one of our stunning ski chalets in France, you’ll receive only the finest food and wine the region has to offer. Our sumptuous menus are carefully created to ensure you receive only the finest flavours and tastes. Each one is a symbol gastronomic excellence, rivalling some of the most esteemed restaurants in the area.
Throughout the duration of your stay, you’ll return home to a bespoke menu crafted with care by a professional chef. The food served in our chalets will rival even the most esteemed local restaurants that boast the fine dining experience. Our chefs are fully trained to cater their menu to ensure everyone is included and enjoying the experience. So, irrespective of what dietary requirements you may have, you can feel safe in the knowledge that we’ll make it our responsibility to look after you.
A meal of such high quality deserves an expertly selected wine to match. As a result, we work with an experienced local sommelier to curate a range of fine French wines to complement our chef’s menu. We are uncompromising in our pursuit for bottles of superior merit, character and prestige.
Our ski chalets are for everyone, irrespective of age. This is why we’ve dedicated time into creating special children’s menus to appeal to our youngest visitors. If your child is happy and enjoying themselves, you have the opportunity to relax too. This is why we’ve gone above and beyond to ensure we look after every guest staying with us – regardless of how young.
