#Outdoor hot tub
Chalet Bellevue is one of our most well known and popular Méribel chalets. A wonderful and imposing property built in traditional Savoyard style, it is located in a quiet location while only being a short walk from the town centre and its boutique shops, bars and cafés.
Charming and charismatic, this luxuriously furnished chalet provides a home from home presence, with a polished, sleek undertone. At the heart of the chalet, is the open plan expansive living/dining area, complete with a roaring fire and panoramic views of Méribel’s stunning backdrop. The beautiful oak dining table seats up to 10 adults in complete comfort and creates the most idyllic and refined ambience to indulge in the culinary delights freshly prepared by the chalet’s private chef.
For those seeking a cosy retreat to escape the bustle of the main party, the TV/Games room located on the lower floor offers the perfect area to unwind. For the total rejuvenation, the outdoor hot tub and sauna room gives guests the opportunity to soothe the aches and pains after a long day on the slopes. The new well-being room is the ideal location for a post ski massage or a gentle muscle wake up on the cross trainer.
There are three main bedrooms, all with light and spacious bathrooms, with two further bedrooms at the top of the chalet. The rooms are neatly arranged across three floors and ooze components of luxury, tradition and poise. The first double/twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and due to its element of exclusivity, is one of the most popular bedrooms in the chalet. The large master double bedroom and a second large double/twin bedroom occupy the first floor, with two further twin/double (also en-suite) bedrooms on the top floor. Although these two rooms are in the eaves, they are wonderfully cosy and full of character. The chalet also benefits from a small single room with a separate washroom, located on a half level between the top floor and first floor, ideal for a teenager or a single guest.
Whilst great for families, the chalet is also excellent for groups of grown-ups looking for a touch of luxury. Just don’t wait too long to book, as it fills up fast!
We are wonderfully passionate about our food and drink, with it being a fundamental feature of our high level of service and product. The menus served in our chalets reflect this and we think would be best described as delicious, imaginative and freshly produced. Our head chef, Richard, oversees all of our chalet chefs, ensuring that our guests receive the best quality food and dining experiences.
To get your taste buds tingling, here is an insight as to what you can expect during a stay in a catered chalet;
At breakfast, look out for home-made yoghurt with freshly made compote, an array of cereals and pastries, along with various cooked daily specials such as Eggs Benedict or pancakes.
Mouth-watering home-made cake or biscuits for afternoon tea to keep you going until dinner.
To start off your evening perfectly, sip on a Kir Royale around the roaring fire before sampling your chefs mini culinary creations such as Tempura King Prawn with Chilli, Lime & Coriander or a Braised Beef and Blue Cheese Croquet.
To make your stay one to remember, one evening you can expect to experience a mountain-themed evening, where your chef will prepare a wide range of local and French classics such as Tartiflette, Pisaladière and Baked Mont d’Or.
Our chefs are all wonderfully experienced and will be able to cater for all dietary requirements. These can be discussed prior to arrival with our Chalet Manager. If you have any special requests over and above what is included, we will endeavour to accommodate your needs, but this will be at an additional charge.
We’ll connect you directly to the chalet host, your contemporary concierge who knows the chalet and can help you plan your entire trip. Chalet host is available in English.
