Completed in the 2017/18 season, the Christiania Residence is a stunning new development just a stone’s throw from the centre of town and only 500m from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise which allows you direct access to the main ski area.
The building combines eight apartments with a total of 24 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 48 people and provides the ideal solution for a large family or a corporate group. Views from the residence are spectacular and from some floors you can see the incredible Matterhorn, whilst the lower ground apartments benefit from outdoor hot tubs and large gardens. The property also has a fully eqipped gym, massage room and ski room with heated boot warmers.
The prices listed are based on 48 people taking the whole property with double occupancy in each bedroom. We can also offer single occupance solution for 24 people, or a more tailored quote depending on the size of your group. Please do not hesitate to contact the sales team for more information.
All the bedrooms have been designed with maximum comfort in mind and all have desks, TV’s and safes.
They are all wonderfully spacious with large super-king size beds or they can be split into twins. Most of the bedrooms have either a private or a shared terrace with stunning views and some have comfy seating areas.
The spa facilities include two outdoor hot tubs on the ground floor, as well as a large gym and massage room. There is a sauna on the third floor of the property.
Entertainment facilities include a dedicated cinema room on the top floor of the chalet. Every bedroom also has its own television, and there is a television in the living area of each apartment.
There is a central ski room which has private lockers for each apartment and heated boot warmers. A lift runs throughout the building.

Sold on a catered basis we can seat a maximum of 26 people at the main dining room table of the seven-bedroom penthouse apartment. Additional tables of 16 and 8 can be created on other floors ensuring the perfect dining soloution for large groups. When taken on a catered or self-catered basis, you will have a wonderful chalet manager and residence manager who will ensure all the finer details of your holiday are arranged to the exact details.
Our team of talented chefs are experienced professionals having trained alongside Michelin starred chef’s, worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world and on-board world-renowned super-yachts. Our team is passionate about using locally sourced, seasonal produce and working alongside our valued suppliers your chef will work with you to create an evening menu perfectly tailored to your group. Children, dietary requirements, and any other specific requests will be discussed prior to your arrival. And even during your stay, the staff will be willing to adapt the menu plan to accommodate your wishes.

If the Clients must cancel booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE they will have the following options:
a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay.
c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months.
d) The normal payment terms still apply in the case of points a), b) and c) above (full payment is due 8 weeks in advance of travel date). Any payments already made by the Client will be retained unless the Client opts for a cash refund as set out below.
e) The Clients may also opt to receive a cash refund for booking. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
f) The Clients will pay the same deposit of 25% and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to travel.
