The living room has a sitting area with a television, a central fireplace, a bar, a wine cellar, a billiard table and a fully equipped kitchen. Two terraces completes the space with an outdoor hot tub. This apartment has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer plus all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc. The little extra: an indoor steam room.
