This 400 m2 apartment is situated at the top floor of the Santa Terra’s Residence in the heart of a small French village named „Tignes Les Brévières”.

This luxurious apartment was imagined and implemented by local artisans and can accommodate 9 guests (6 adult, 3 children). The penthouse has 1 Master Suite, 1 double room and a Family room connected to a children’s room.

Our private concierge will welcome you upon arrival to great you with a bottle of champagne and show you around the penthouse to guarantee an unforgettable and unique stay with us. They can also help you with booking restaurants, transfers, or organize other activities before and during your stay.

A private place including an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam bath only for our guests to relax after a long day of skiing. To get the whole family together, there is also a gaming room with Nintendo games and a table tennis.

This luxurious penthouse is an ideal place for families, a group of friends or even for corporate guests who would like to combine the pleasure of skiing and work due to our high-speed wifi (fibre).

The open plan kitchen and living room provides a spectacular space to enjoy good food and wine with friends and family, whilst admiring the breath-taking view. A fireplace is making the atmosphere more cozy. For guests, who prefer relaxing outside, they just need to take a step outside from the living room to our rooftop terracce, where you will find a wellness area with a jacuzzi overlooking to the beautiful mountains.

- Continental breakfast

- Daily cleaning with change of bathrobe and towels on extra demand (for extra charge);
- One parking space in the garage of the residence;
- Check-in and check-out by our concierge & explanation of the penthouse;

- Use of the residence’s swimming pool and gym (seasonal opening).

For a supplement:
- Private concierge service included until your arrival : assistance with booking of restaurants, ski equipment, transfers, etc.
- Local city tax : 3.63 EUR/day/person (to be paid upon reservation);
- Concierge service : 820 EUR/stay : preparation of your stay in order to ensure you an unforgettable moment (organization of transfer, restaurant reservations, booking of ski lessons or equipment, etc.) after booking confirmation throughout your stay as well;
- American breakfast for 30 EUR/day/person;
- Lunch delivered to the apartment from 40 euros/day/person (main course + dessert) – upon request;
