Chalet Tissières is a beautiful 8 bedroom chalet. Over the last 10 years a lot of love has gone into this chalet making it a true home from home with all the modern comforts.
Its impressively large living and dining area allows groups of up to 24 people in winter to relax, socialise and unwind. The outdoor hot tub allows you to enjoy the orange glow sunsets over the Mont Blanc mountain range whilst sipping a glass of champagne.
The chalet has stunning panoramic views of the entire valley and is entirely free standing with a large 2000m2 alpine garden giving it a real mountain feel, yet Chamonix is on our doorstep where you can enjoy the many bars with live bands & comedy evenings, great food and plenty of retail therapy with a focus on outdoor adventures!
We believe that excellent, restaurant standard, cuisine is an integral part of our holiday experience and naturally we set our standards high. You will find that a passion for both French, British and Global cuisine is reflected in our tasty menus with total emphasis placed on using only the freshest and whenever possible local ingredients.
Home cooking is a great backbone to our cuisine at Chalet Tissieres, but we love to take this further and explore; utilising influences from Europe & further afield.
Whether you have a strenuous or more relaxed mountain day planned, we understand that the right breakfast is key to getting you off to a great start. With this in mind our breakfasts offer a variety of European flavours, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants, pain au chocolat and fresh warm bread with cheeses, meats and cereals of your choice. In addition we also serve breakfast items such as pancakes, eggs & porridge on various days throughout the week.
You will be welcomed back from the mountain to the warm atmosphere of the chalet, with some hot drinks, along with some freshly baked cakes and nibbles.
Dinner is the highlight of the evening, key to this is setting the right atmosphere. With the fire going and the candles glowing, relaxing music in the background and everyone with rosy cheeks fresh from their alpine day, dinner is served.

Chalet Tissières is located in one of the many hamlets stretched along the Chamonix Valley commune called 'Les Bossons' (1012m). Home to Europe's longest glacier (Bossons Glacier), the 1924 Winter Olympics Ski Jump event was held at the foot of this, just a 3 minute stroll from the Chalet.
Located on the north-eastern side of the Valley, makes the Chalet all the more accessible as this is the side you enter the valley from when coming from Geneva.
It takes less than 5-10 minutes to get you to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix Town Centre. There is also bus stop only 100 meters away where you can catch a ski bus at regular times to any of the valley's ski stations. However, as part of our winter holiday package every morning we drop you off at your desired ski station and pick you up at the end of the day.
