Sleeping eight guests in four bedrooms and spanning two floors, Chalech 5 is a sensational brand new duplex apartment, part of one of the Lech's most exciting new developments. Every detail of this beautiful apartment has been careful considered. The design marries traditional alpine materials and craftsmanship with modern design, furnishings and finishings to create the ideal alpine apartment for families or groups of friends.
Entering the chalet through its main entrance you will find yourself on the top floor, this is home to the apartment's spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The double height ceilings and large windows draw you in and lead you to the apartment's terrace where you can take in the impressive views of the village and snowy mountains and forests beyond. The focal point of the living area is the open fireplace, a modern take on a traditional Austrian stubel. The living space is complimented by the atmospheric lighting and the plush fabrics, which draw on a muted colour palette that is sophisticated and sumptuous. The striking pendant lighting over the dining table creates a warm and glamorous feel, with the table comfortably seating eight people, ideal for long dinners with family or friends. The bright open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. It is wonderful, well-equipped space. Also on this floor is the first of four bedrooms. This large twin/double bedroom unites lavish fabrics and aged alpine wood forming a space that is both stylish and relaxing. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower that is decorated with sleek slate and traditional aged wood and this combination is replicated in all the bathrooms.
Taking the stairs down one level, you will find the main bedroom floor. The first of the three bedrooms is the impressive master bedroom, elegantly decorated in natural green tones and soft, luxourious fabrics, with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower and sauna, this bedroom is a sanctuary. The further two spacious bedrooms are both twin/double rooms and the same care and attention to detail has been taken with their design and decoration. One has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and the other has an en-suite shower room.
The apartment will also have access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with four other properties in the Chalech development. Images of these facilities are coming soon.

If the Clients must cancel booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE they will have the following options:
a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay.
c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months.
d) The normal payment terms still apply in the case of points a), b) and c) above (full payment is due 8 weeks in advance of travel date). Any payments already made by the Client will be retained unless the Client opts for a cash refund as set out below.
e) The Clients may also opt to receive a cash refund for booking. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
f) The Clients will pay the same deposit of 25% and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to travel.
