The chalet is set out over three floors, sleeping a total of 12 guests in five spacious en-suite bedrooms. The master suite boasts its own large drawing/study room and en-suite bathroom with free-standing roll-top bath. The chalet's terrace enjoys sun all day long and is perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking views.
Aperitifs can be enjoyed in the dramatic ambiance of the chalet’s traditional stone cave and wine cellar before dinner is served in the impressive dining room which seats up to 14 people. After dinner, retire to the cosy living area or perhaps take in a movie in the cinema room.
The chalet also boasts a spa area with a bio sauna with relaxation area which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the stunning mountain skyline of Lech. There is wonderful private massage room and also a hot bath outside, perfect for relaxing those aching muscles after a hard day on the slopes.
You enter the luxury chalet on the ground floor, either into the winter wet room or directly into the living room. The winter wet room is furnished with boot heaters and has a separate guest toilet. A fireplace is located in the dining room which is catered from the separate, well-equipped kitchen. The cosy living room features a Tyrolean stube (traditional heating oven). The stylish cinema room, which is perfect for entertaining the children, is accessed from the living room.
Also located on the ground floor is the spa area with bio sauna glass relaxation area. A large twin/double bedroom, with dressing area and en-suite bathroom, is also located on this floor.
Stairs lead from the dining room to the upper hallway which features a card playing area and reading nook. Four bedrooms are located on this floor. The first master bedroom (the Emperor Bed) with separate sitting area and en-suite bath and shower room; a second master bedroom (the Emperor Bed) with en-suite shower room; and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom is a charming en-suite children’s room with four single beds.
Stairs lead down from the dining room to the traditional stone wine cave and tasting room.

The chalet is sold on a catered or self-catered basis.
With self-catered service, housekeeping is provided seven days of the week. Luxury bathroom products from Acqua di Parma, the finest linen and fresh towels are provided, with the towels being changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. As our concierges are all highly-qualified ski or snowboard instructors, they also have a wealth of knowledge about the mountain and prevailing weather conditions. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. All additional services are subject to availability.
On catered basis your property will be staffed by a team of seasoned winter professionals who have been trained to understand the subtle details that make a catered ski holiday exceptional and unforgettable. Our team is passionate about using locally sourced, seasonal produce and working alongside our valued suppliers your chef will work with you to create an evening menu perfectly tailored to your group. Children, dietary requirements, and any other specific requests will be discussed prior to your arrival. And even during your stay, the staff will be willing to adapt the menu plan to accommodate your wishes.

If the Clients must cancel booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE they will have the following options:
a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay.
c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months.
d) The normal payment terms still apply in the case of points a), b) and c) above (full payment is due 8 weeks in advance of travel date). Any payments already made by the Client will be retained unless the Client opts for a cash refund as set out below.
e) The Clients may also opt to receive a cash refund for booking. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
f) The Clients will pay the same deposit of 25% and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to travel.
Located in the Stubenbach area of Lech you can ski-into the chalet from the Rüfikoft ski area on a marked off piste route.
