Antoinette has been beautifully furnished throughout to create one of St. Anton’s most outstanding properties. The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with vaulted ceilings and extensive use of old woods and natural stones. The owners have paid particular attention to the quality of furnishings and have created a wonderful atmosphere, an idyllic space in which to relax and entertain at the end of the day.
The apartment is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps twelve people in five en-suite bedrooms. The property is accessed via the lift or stairs.
You enter the property into the spacious hallway which leads to the main living areas and the bedrooms.
A wonderful open plan living and dining area, with a traditional Austrian fireplace, is located at the west end of the property. Large French windows open out onto the surrounding balcony and its elevated position affords breathtaking views of the surrounding St. Anton valley and ski runs back into the village.
Just next to the main living area is a delightful snug with inviting sofas adorned with rugs and cushions. This is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind after dinner.
The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and can be left open or closed. The dining area can comfortably seat 12 people for meals.
The five bedrooms and guest toilet open onto the long corridor which extends down the length of the property. All of the bedrooms are lovely and spacious. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has direct access onto the balcony and has its own flat screen TV.
Three further bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, can be configured as either double or twin bedrooms (zip and lock beds).
The fifth bedroom has two sets of beautifully hand-crafted adult-size bunk beds which sleep four. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and television and DVD player.
A small laundry room with washer and tumble dryer is also located in the apartment and the property has a ski locker and boot heating room which is shared with the other three apartments.
In addition, our guests have access to the wonderful spa area on the lower ground floor. There is a sauna, hammam, shower, and a relaxation area.

If independence is a key factor when it comes to choosing your winter ski chalet or luxury apartment, then the accommodation only service is the perfect option for you. You will arrive to the finest quality sheets, slippers, robes and luxury bathroom products. With your included concierge service we will ensure your lift passes are ready for you on arrival and your concierge will also be on hand to make restaurant reservations, ski instruction and other activity bookings.
With self-catered service, housekeeping is provided seven days of the week. Luxury bathroom products from Acqua di Parma, the finest linen and fresh towels are provided, with the towels being changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. As our concierges are all highly-qualified ski or snowboard instructors, they also have a wealth of knowledge about the mountain and prevailing weather conditions. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. All additional services are subject to availability.
On catered basis your property will be staffed by a team of seasoned winter professionals who have been trained to understand the subtle details that make a catered ski holiday exceptional and unforgettable. Impeccable service from start to finish will leave you feeling like there is nothing wanting from your stay with us. We understand and adapt our fully catered service to specific cultural nuances so that a ski holiday stay with us is an experience in flawless luxury.

Our team is passionate about using locally sourced, seasonal produce and working alongside our valued suppliers your chef will work with you to create an evening menu perfectly tailored to your group. Children, dietary requirements, and any other specific requests will be discussed prior to your arrival. And even during your stay, the staff will be willing to adapt the menu plan to accommodate your wishes.

If the Clients must cancel booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE they will have the following options:
a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay.
c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months.
d) The normal payment terms still apply in the case of points a), b) and c) above (full payment is due 8 weeks in advance of travel date). Any payments already made by the Client will be retained unless the Client opts for a cash refund as set out below.
e) The Clients may also opt to receive a cash refund for booking. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
f) The Clients will pay the same deposit of 25% and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to travel.
Located on the top floor of the exclusive Chalet Austria property, this beautiful apartment is perfectly positioned, just a short walk from St. Anton's Nasserein lift station and a short walk from the centre of town. Only 3 minutes from the lifts and 8-10 minutes walk from the village centre.
Nassereinbahn gondola 3 minute walk. Possible to ski out in good snow conditions. Ski in for intermediates/experts in good snow conditions.
The apartment normally has an in-resort driver service from 8:30am – 1:00am when sold on a fully catered basis.
The property has external parking for two vehicles.
