We offer our newly born, a new duplex apartment, close to the slopes.
In a boutique hotel and arty spirit, we have condensed everything we love and selected unique pieces, vintage furniture, artwork and delicate fabrics. Our precious little ones are more intimate but just as luxurious.
We have kept the same objective, bringing in the light, confusing the outside from inside, while preserving the warmth of the place, by a play of materials, wood and concrete, and colors in half-tones.
Of a hundred square meters, they have nothing to envy the big chalets. Volumes and perspectives give the feeling of wide open spaces.
Each apartment has its own fireplace, sauna, ski room and linen room. Each room has its own bathroom. We love good living and the kitchens look like us, perfectly equipped for great moments of pleasure.
We welcome you in our new little boxes.

Found at an altitude of 1450m, the resort of Saint-Martin is directly connected to the fabulous ski area of the 3 Vallées, with its 600 km of runs and its exceptional lifts. You can choose to the top of the mountain by gondola to Méribel or by driving a few kilometers you can get to Les Ménuires (8 km) or to Val Thorens where there will be a guaranteed snowpack. For those who simply want to be enchanted by the beauty here, sled outings or snowshoeing are other options.
Far away from the commotion of the large resorts, Saint-Martin has all the comforts and conveniences of its famous neighboring towns, while keeping its authentic Savoyard spirit. The village is made up primarily of old farms and chalets. However everything is available to meet your needs, with plenty of shops and services available.
After skiing, take a stroll along the small streets. There is no lack of choices. In the evening, take a moment to relax by having a drink in one of the many bars in the village.
