This three story chalet is located in the historic quarters of Megeve Village, set in the pedestrian section with a central yet peaceful setting and a fully sunbathed exposition.

This 300 square meter home offers: 

6 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites, maximized with 2 mezzanines ideal for children’s bedding. 3 bathrooms WC included as well as 2 extra independent WC, 2 shower areas with 2 independent 
WC, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers. 

2 living rooms, one of which welcomes a large reception room, a dinning room which sits 12 guests with fully equipped kitchen, 1 open cocktail bar, 1 breakfast kitchen center. 4 wood-burning fire places. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully equipped with TV, cable and Wifi. 

4 balconies sun exposed and 1 small terrace.

Both duplex suites with balconies, are located on the ground floor and have their own wood-burning fire place in a cosy living room area, an open plan layout with a dinning area, a small breakfast kitchen center. Each suite is equipped with 1 bathroom, separate WC, 1 shower room with additional WC, laundry area washer/dryer (independent if requested).

A trio of bedrooms make up these sleeping quarters; 
First room opens on a balcony and is equipped with bathrooms, independent WC. 
The next two sleeping quarters, each maximized with a mezzanine, are equipped with shower areas and an independent WC.

The master suite is situated on the last floor. This duplex bedroom, niched under the wooden roofing structure of the chalet, with a mezzanine ideal for children’s bedding, offers a reception dining room, a gathering space with a cozy wood burning fire place, a kitchenette with breakfast nook, a bathroom with independent WC and bidet, an additional shower area, and washer dryer appliances.

Situated on the first floor, the dining area sits 12 people, fully equipped main kitchen and looks out onto a spacious balcony.

Situated on the second and last floor, the wooden intricate geometric beams crowns the reception room which welcomes an open cocktail bar.

Main entrance welcomes storage space for all ski equipment.

On request Spa access offering Sauna, Hamman, Technogym, and Helyptic biking.
