This three story chalet is located in the historic quarters of Megeve Village, set in the pedestrian section with a central yet peaceful setting and a fully sunbathed exposition.
This 200 square meter home offers:
4 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites, maximized with 2 mezzanines ideal for children’s bedding. 2 bathrooms WC included, 3 shower areas with 2 independent
WC, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers.
The living rooms, a dinning room which sits 12 guests with fully equipped kitchen, 1 open cocktail bar, 1 breakfast kitchen center. 3 wood-burning fire places. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully equipped with TV, cable and Wifi.
2 balconies sun exposed.
Main entrance welcomes storage space for all ski equipment.
On request Spa access offering Sauna, Hamman, Technogym, and Helyptic biking.
