There is also a WC and a utility room with washing machine and dryer on this floor.
Next to the Heinz Julen dining table and behind the breakfast bar is a professional spec kitchen with both induction and gas rings, a teppanyaki griddle, and a large double door American style fridge with ice-maker.
A wooden staircase (with no bannister) leads to the top floor, which is where the three bedrooms are situated, together with two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
