Cesa del louf develops on two internally connected buildings, the MASO and the MASETTO, each carefully renovated with recycled materials to maintain the original appearance of the farmstead and equipped with modern technological systems granting high comfort levels. Arranged on the three floors of the original farm, the generous inner spaces of the chalet are able to accommodate up to seventeen people between the Maso and the Masetto.

The rooms, spacious and welcoming, have been furnished with extreme attention to details of style and functionality guaranteeing guests a privileged and elegant atmosphere.

There is also a studio apartment for the staff.

The bedrooms and the living room have been furnished with antiques. All the locks on the internal doors are ancient, original and functional with its own key, each one is described in the book by Giovanni Lanaro: guests can search the aforementioned book for the description and history, for example, of the lock of their own room.

A permanent local art exhibition has been created inside, obviously reserved for guests only: the works of the Unika artists, an association of sculptors and painters from Val Gardena and the painter Raimond Mussner are on display.

The attention given to local and antique materials during the renovation will give you the opportunity to live the experience of staying in an old alpine hutte combining modern design and high rank comforts: 4 fireplaces, cinema room, wellness area with: swimming pool with counter-current swimming machine, hydromassage pool, sauna, Turkish bath and relax area.

The swimming pool is equipped with a professional counter current device from Endless Pool USA, which can move up to 19 cubic meters of water per minute!

Ski descents, excursions with "ciaspole" (local name for snowshoes), walks in the woods, wild animals watching or mountain bike tours, there are many unique experiences that can be experienced, simply looking out from Cesa del louf. But if you wish to relax surrounded by the panorama of the Dolomites, exclusive moments await for you in the wellness area equipped by a wood-burning stove, where you will find a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam bath, or you can comfortably take a seat in the cinema room or in the other living areas of the chalet.

The entire chalet is rented for exclusive use. It is possible to request a private chef and a concierge/driver for the entire duration of the stay, price on request.

Arabba is equipped for walking, biking and skiing for sports enthusiasts of all levels and in all seasons.

Proximity to beautiful tourist destinations, suchs as Venice and Adriatic coast (2 hours by car), lake Garda, Verona...
and starred restaurants such as the St. Hubertus of the Rosa Alpina Hotel & Spa in San Cassiano and La Stüa de Michil at the Hotel La Perla in Corvara (10 minutes by car).

From the chalet you can reach, through an easy "off-piste" track, or in a few minutes with the snowcat (on exclusive use of guests), the slopes of the Sellaronda and the ski tour of the Great War.
It is also possible to reach the 3 World Cup slopes on skis (of the 22 total slopes in the world): Gran Risa, Saslong and Olimpia delle Tofane.
Thanks to the Dolomiti Superski pass you can ski in the Dolomiti Superski area which has 12 ski areas and 1,200 km of tracks.
The highest peak of the Dolomites is the Marmolada which can be reached from Arabba on skis in about half an hour.

There are also snowshoes and sledges at the chalet ... the sledges can be used with the private ski lift located in the property's park which becomes a large ski slope with fresh snow or beaten snow with the snowcat or a run night (the only one in the surrounding valleys!) or track in the woods.
It is possible to do a track with slalom poles and time the downhill times!
