Chalet Couttet is a bespoke luxury chalet in Chamonix, created from concept to delivery for friends and family coming together to enjoy the magnificence of the mountains. Nestling at the end of a quiet private road, Chalet Couttet is just a 15 minute walk or a five minute drive, alongside the glacial waters of the L’Arve, to the centre of Chamonix. This tranquil yet accessible setting makes it the perfect luxury holiday escape for families, groups or corporate trips.

Chalet Couttet has 5 uniquely themed en-suite bedrooms & sleeps 10. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with international channels (master bedrooms with Apple TV), as well as stunning views of the surrounding mountains, making them the perfect place to retire to after a day in the mountains.

Each bedroom suite has been designed to offer our guests the superlative in comfort, rest and relaxation. An artisan crafted glass staircase climbs through the chalet, echoing the glacier itself, linking the commodious entertaining, dining and bedroom spaces across three floors.

The Master Bedroom suites are located on the first and second floor of the chalet and feature a stand alone bath for indulgent relaxation as well as en-suite shower rooms. Each suite is individually styled but similar in luxury and feel. Staggering mountain views throughout are further enhanced by the highest quality bed linens and finishes.

Those bringing children to Couttet can rest easy knowing you’ll have all the amenities you would expect at home: highchairs, travel cots, stair gates.

There’s no doubt, opting for a ski chalet with a swimming pool and outdoor hot tub is the ultimate way to enhance your holiday, giving you time to truly relax after a yoga class or wind down after an active day on the slopes. Our Spa at Couttet offers a unique area designed to enhance the sense of wellbeing and to provide a welcome moment of pure relaxation and escape: 12m outdoor heated swimming pool (operational all year round, with a cover during the winter months), sauna, hammam, outdoor hot tub, massage treatment room/yoga space, large garden and outdoor terrace with views to Mont Blanc.

Our large stylish cinema room is perfect for the family to relax and enjoy a movie night at home. The entertainment room, with its Deco styled cocktail bar comes complete with a pool table to add some after dinner competition into the early hours.

In summer months the outdoor terrace at Chalet Couttet is styled with Ethimo Italian sun loungers and dining furniture at the poolside. Outdoor grills and ovens create the perfect Al Fresco dining experience for family suppers or formal entertaining in the evening.

Styled with peace and tranquillity at its core, the private in-house spa doubles as a healing space for those looking to practice yoga or quiet meditation. The spa includes a massage treatment area with twin treatment tables, as well as a sauna and hammam to ease away the day's stresses and strains. The outdoor hot tub is a must, for those planning a day of pampering, rest and recuperation.

On a non-ski day, cosy up with a good book in front of the wood burning stove and be awed by the majestic gaze of the mountains. This large open plan double height space, with glass wall windows and timber beamed ceiling, has enough room for large gatherings to cook, dine and celebrate being together. Start your evening with fun and fizz on your very own bubble terrace, complete with a telecabin champagne bar. Santé!

Accessible directly from your vehicle, Chalet Couttet has its own boot room with ski racks and boot warmers for storing skis, snowboards or hiking boots and trail packs in summer.

Couttet has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2021.
