Set within a preserved and peaceful environment, yet just minutes from the center of Chamonix and the Flégère lifts, this chalet of approximately 400 m² enjoys an exceptional setting, with uninterrupted 360° views over the valley’s most iconic peaks.

From the moment you arrive, the charm is immediate. The traditional architecture, combining aged wood and stone, fully embraces the alpine aesthetic, while expansive terraces and gardens open onto spectacular mountain vistas. At every hour of the day, the light enhances the relief of the surrounding peaks, accompanying each moment—from sunrise over the Aiguilles to the soft glow of sunset behind the mountains.

Inside, the chalet reveals remarkably generous volumes, where every space has been designed to offer comfort, warmth, and elegance. The vast main living room, centered around a decorative open fireplace, invites relaxation in a refined and authentic atmosphere, enhanced by beautiful woodwork, exposed beams, and distinctive alpine furnishings.
