New individual chalet of 240m2 located in the quiet and residential area of Les Praz d'en Bas in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.
Ideal for families, this chalet has 4 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower, washbasin and WC) upstairs. Lots of storage space is available: wardrobes, cupboards and storage under the beds. One bedroom has a flat screen TV and 2 bedrooms are joined by a communicating balcony with a view of the Bossons glacier and the Aiguille du Midi.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with the large windows. A space dedicated to convivial moments around the rotating wood stove. The living room opens directly onto a large sunny terrace and a garden that goes around the chalet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. It has a bar with high chairs. You will find a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a fridge and a freezer, a microwave, induction hobs and of course raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances!
In the basement is the garage which can accommodate a single car. The rest of the garage is not finished but it will be in the spring. The exteriors of the chalet and the terrace will be cleared of snow in the event of a snowfall.
For stays of 7 nights minimum, a 2-hour mid-stay cleaning is included.
The access road to the chalet is cleared of snow by the town's technical services, but you must be equipped with snow tires or chains.

Very accessible from the white highway and 10 minutes from Chamonix center.
