The flat is located in a prestigious residence built in the Scandinavian mountain tradition and completed at the end of 2017. It is on the 3rd floor of a 6-storey building. This residence benefits from a unique geographical location opposite the ski slopes, next to the ski school, the Tourist Office and ski pass sales, 100m from the Grangettes gondola lift, the main link between Courchevel Village and Courchevel 1850, and 200m from the Les Tovets chairlift.The residence has access to a spa, a fitness room and a ski rental shop (only available in winter).
