You will be charmed by its unique panorama, giving a clear view of the Aiguille du Fruit summit. With a surface area of approximately 110 sqm, this tastefully decorated property combines the modern and the mountain styles researched in a ski resort. Spread over 3 levels, it has a family suite with bathroom for 4 people, two double bedrooms en suite and a mountain corner with a bunk bed. On the first level, a large living room with pellet stove and a beautiful open fitted kitchen are available. This spacious room opens onto a large balcony with a view. You also benefit a large skiroom with boot warmers and a private outdoor parking space. A refined chalet perfect for a stay with friends in the heart of the 3 Valleys!

Benefiting from a strategic location, this quiet hamlet is located at the entrance of Courchevel Moriond, and next to the free shuttle stop serving all Courchevel resorts. The Grandes Combes chairlift, 400 m away, gives you a quick access to the nearest slopes, and to the Grangettes gondola, which connects Courchevel Village and Courchevel 1850. The escalator connecting the different levels of Courchevel Moriond is only 80 m from the property and takes you to the resort center and the snow front in just 3 minutes. Finally, Aquamotion, the largest European mountain aquatic center, is a 5-minute walk from the chalet and will allow you to enjoy relaxing après-ski with ease.
