Located inside the brand-new and exclusive Balegia Residence, Balegia Apartment 3 enjoys a prime position, just a short stroll from the centre of Lech and only moments away from the lifts to the slopes. The closet ski lift, Schlosskopf, is only a 1-minute walk offering quick and easy access to the slopes on those mornings when you want to enjoy fresh tracks.

The apartment itself sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Designed with an eye for the alpine environment and fuss-free minimalist living, it is the finest example of a contemporary, luxurious finish. The perfect sanctuary for winding down and relaxing in after a day on the slopes.

The master bedroom is embellished with some luxurious touches, including a private dressing room, elegant en-suite bath and shower room, sauna and access to a wonderful private balcony which enjoys captivating views of Lech and the surrounding mountains. There are three further double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and have the option of being made up as twins or doubles.

Each of the bedrooms have been individually designed. Care has been taken over their design to ensure that the colours, lighting and use of materials are in synergy with the alpine environment whist maintaining an ultra-slick feel.

At the heart of the apartment you will find the open plan living and dining area. Feature include a large plasma TV and wonderful integrated sound system. The fireplace is perfectly positioned in-between the floor to ceiling French windows with stunning views of Lech and the snow-capped peaks, giving the space an authentic alpine perspective.

Inviting sofas to take up one half of the room whist the other is adorned with a wonderful dining table accommodating the whole party with ease.

An intelligent use of space Balegia Apartment 3 which is an effortless winter base for a group of friends or for spending time with the family.

Guests have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

The property is offered on bed and breakfast, self-catered or accommodation only basis.

With Bed and Breakfast service, you are free to eat out in the evenings and take full advantage of the many fabulous in-resort restaurants. In the mornings, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of a continental breakfast laid out for you in the comfort of your chalet, every day of your stay. Breakfast will include bread and pastries from the local bakery, a selection regional cold meats and cheeses, artisanal yoghurts, delicious jams, honey etc, coffee, tea, and juices. With this service, cleaning is provided seven days of the week. Linen and towels are provided and towels are changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request.

If, during your stay with us, you want to enjoy the many restaurants on offer in the resort or prefer to cook for yourselves, the apartment is also available on a self-catered basis.

If independence is a key factor when it comes to choosing your winter luxury apartment, then the accommodation only service is the perfect option for you.

With your included concierge service we will ensure your lift passes are ready for you on arrival and your concierge will also be on hand to make restaurant reservations, ski instruction and other activity bookings.
