Brand new for 2019/20, the Brunnenhof residence is an exciting new addition to Lech’s skyline. The building will be home to 14 fabulous apartments and has undergone a complete renovation with all aspects being tastefully refurbished. Brunnenhof 11 sleeps up to ten guests in four gorgeous bedrooms and is located on the third floor of this impressive building. This wonderful apartment marries old-world mountain charm with contemporary style creating a space that is both rustic and glamorous and perfectly tuned into its location. Cleverly designed, this apartment makes wonderful use of the floor space resulting in a property that is full of options for relaxing and socialising. With the added benefit of the residence's superb spa facilities, Brunnenhof 11 is perfect for a group of friends or a family seeking a restorative break in the mountains.
The main hub of the property, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is wonderfully spacious yet maintains a cosy ambience with generous use of reclaimed wood. An elegant wood-burning fireplace, built into a central column, with three-sided glass, allows for guests to enjoy its warming qualities from both the living and the dining area. On the living room side, a TV has also been built into this coloumn. Grey and vivid blue tones, tasteful alpine touches and beautiful wall art infuse the room with character. A generous and comfortable sofa, armchair and ottoman provide ample space for relaxing, while to the left, a delightful wooden alcove with bench and antique chairs, provides a perfect nook for a group to gather over a board game or some cards. The dining table is long and overhung by a stiking pair of antlers incorporated into a chandelier. It seats up to ten people, flanked by a built-in bench on one side and stylish upholstered chairs on the other. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is a beautifully crafted functional space which is fully equipped and a wonderful space in which to prepare meals, without missing any of the action.
The remainder of the apartment is taken up by four bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are similarily finished in eartly tones and this refined style continues in the simple yet sophisticated bathrooms.
The first bedroom is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower room. Floor to ceiling windows allow for natural light to flood in during the day. The second and third bedrooms are both double bedrooms which enjoy en-suite shower rooms, as well as glass doors leading out to small terraces, again letting in abundant sunlight. The last of the bedrooms is a gorgeous bunkroom with two sets of adult-sized built-in wooden bunkbeds, sleeping up to four people. This room is spacious and guests benefit from a lovely living area with two couches, as well as a large bathroom with a separate shower. This bedroom and two of the doubles have mounted TVs on the walls.

With your included concierge service we will ensure your lift passes are ready for you on arrival and your concierge will also be on hand to make restaurant reservations, ski instruction and other activity bookings.
With self-catered service, housekeeping is provided seven days of the week. Luxury bathroom products from Acqua di Parma, the finest linen and fresh towels are provided, with the towels being changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. As our concierges are all highly-qualified ski or snowboard instructors, they also have a wealth of knowledge about the mountain and prevailing weather conditions. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. All additional services are subject to availability.
With Bed and Breakfast service, you are free to eat out in the evenings and take full advantage of the many fabulous in-resort restaurants. In the mornings, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of a continental breakfast laid out for you in the comfort of your chalet, every day of your stay. Breakfast will include bread and pastries from the local bakery, a selection regional cold meats and cheeses, artisanal yoghurts, delicious jams, honey etc, coffee, tea, and juices. With this service, cleaning is provided seven days of the week. Linen and towels are provided and towels are changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. The apartment is ideally located only a ten-minute walk from the centre of the village and a six-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will take you up and onto the slopes within minutes. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

Village centre - 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.
