The traditional 230 m² ski-in/ski-out chalet has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (including 1 en suite), as well as 2 additional showers and 3 additional toilets in the hallway. After skiing, the spacious sun terrace and the sauna invite you to relax. Elegantly furnished living and dining rooms ensure a cozy get-together in a unique atmosphere. TV room, Sonos sound system, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, ski room, laundry room, additional bed linen & towels, and 2 parking spaces are available as well as a baby cot or high chair if required. In all bedrooms, the beds can be used as single or double beds.

The Chalet Michaelis with a unique location in Oberlech, the sun terrace of the Arlberg, has been family-owned since 1953. At 1,650 meters above sea level lies the magical place of rest, which invites you to spend particularly relaxing days in the midst of the Oberlech ski slopes - far away from your very personal everyday life.

The chalet cannot be reached by car in winter and therefore offers a unique atmosphere. The exclusive location of the house ensures a particularly uncomplicated and unique skiing experience. After changing in the in-house ski cellar, you can put on your skis right in front of the front door and reach the adjacent Petersboden lift within a few minutes. This is how the ski-out & ski-in principle can be easily put into practice to discover 305 kilometers of slopes.

The unique Arlberg area is known for its impressive hiking trails and panoramic views. In the heart of Oberlech, the chalet is surrounded by exquisite restaurants. The finest of the finest for gourmet lovers!

The chalet has been furnished in a classic style by the interior design couple of the family. Elegant antiques and selected works of art make up the special charm of the family home. Wake up to the breathtaking view of the Omeshorn and hop on your skis right outside the front door to start a fantastic day in the mountains. In addition to a balcony on the 1st floor, the chalet offers a 25sqm2 terrace on the ground floor with a view over the main square of Oberlech to the Rüfikopf and Omeshorn mountains. In winter, when the weather is good, you can enjoy the rays of sunshine and the spectacle of nature in a deck chair on the private terrace until late in the afternoon. The ideal place to retreat and ensure the best rest.

Our guests can book the daily mountain breakfast and daily cleaning for €3000 for 7 days.

The exclusive location of the house ensures a particularly uncomplicated and unique skiing experience: at the centre of car-free Oberlech am Arlberg and 30 minutes walk to the centre of Lech.

The chalet cannot be reached by car in winter and therefore offers a unique atmosphere. If you arrive by car, it must be noted that in winter this is parked in the garage and the chalet can be reached through the private tunnel access.
