The penthouse n°37, located on the 4th floor of the Kinabalu Residence, with a surface area of 82 sqm, is perfect to welcome up to 7 people, with a maximum of 6 adults.
This apartment has two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom cabin with three bunk beds as well as two bathrooms. The living room with a TV has also a fully equipped kitchen. You will also appreciate the large furnished balcony. This apartment has all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
During your holidays, you can benefit from two parking spaces in the underground car park, a ski locker and Wi-Fi access.
To complete your stay: enjoy a privileged moment of relaxation in the wellness area with a swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna, treatment rooms and a fitness area, or treat yourself at the Vina Annapurna restaurant.
