The space: Welcome to Chalet de Blaye, a rare alpine jewel nestled in an exclusive Megève neighborhood, offering 350 m² of refined living space on a magnificent 2,000 m² private plot. Designed for families or groups seeking both intimacy and grandeur, the chalet accommodates up to 16 guests across 7 thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, multiple lounges, and a full suite of high-end amenities. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply to unwind, this chalet delivers a seamless luxury experience.

Level +1 – Master Suite & Privacy: The top floor houses the majestic Master Bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (or twin configuration), a private balcony with mountain-facing views, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub, walk-in shower, and private WC. This level provides privacy and serenity for the main guests.

Ground Floor – Living, Dining & Entertaining: This is the heart of the chalet, bright, warm, and inviting. The main living room features a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and elegant alpine decor, ideal for cozy evenings. A second lounge with TV is perfect for kids or casual downtime. The dining area has a 10-person table, opening onto a sun-soaked terrace, perfect for festive meals or morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room with terrace access, includes an oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, dishwasher, cookware, cutlery, and all essentials for gourmet cooking. A separate guest WC is available for convenience. The garage has direct access to the chalet, including a dedicated ski room with boot warmers and gear storage.

Level -1 – Comfort & Wellness: This level offers luxury suites and wellness amenities. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, private balcony, and ensuite with shower and separate WC. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, private balcony, and ensuite with bathtub and separate WC. Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed (or twin setup), balcony access, and ensuite with bathtub and separate WC. The fitness room is equipped with machines for cardio and strength training. A private hammam is available for relaxing after ski days or mountain hikes.

Level -2 – Family & Entertainment Zone: Perfect for children, teens, or extra guests, this floor ensures fun and functionality. Bedroom 5 has four single beds (90 cm), access to a private terrace, and a full bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Bedroom 6 has a single bed (90 cm), cozy and ideal for a child or solo guest. Bedroom 7 has a double bed (140 cm), perfect for couples or teens. A shared bathroom is available for Bedrooms 6 and 7, along with two additional separate WCs. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The private cinema room is equipped with an LCD screen and surround sound, perfect for evening movie marathons.

Outdoor Space & Views: While there is no direct Mont Blanc view, the chalet is nestled in a quiet, elevated location with beautiful alpine surroundings and serene outdoor areas. Large terraces and balconies are accessible from most rooms, ideal for sunrise breakfasts, afternoon lounging, or après-ski drinks. Access paths are fully snow-cleared in winter.

Chalet Equipment: The chalet features high-speed WiFi, streaming services, satellite TV, a hifi stereo, DVD player, safe for valuables, boot warmers, ski storage, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and 3 exterior parking spots. Children are welcome, with baby equipment available on request. No pets or parties are allowed unless authorized in advance. No construction work is currently scheduled nearby.

Guest access: Guests have full private access to the entire chalet, terraces, garden, ski room, wellness area, and private garage with 2 covered spaces. A self-check-in option is available, and full privacy is guaranteed. A welcome team will accommodate you during your arrival.

Other things to note: The chalet sleeps 14–15 guests comfortably. Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome, with baby equipment available upon request. Concierge and add-on services must be booked in advance. A dedicated concierge offers multiple services for additional costs.
