This spacious chalet is set over three floors, offering a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and digital heating control, two double bedrooms with elegant mountain décor, and one dormitory with bunk beds for up to 4 children (age 6+ only). All rooms feature cozy lighting, quality bedding, blackout curtains, and ample storage.

The chalet includes three full bathrooms with walk-in showers (no bathtubs) and one separate toilet for added convenience. Hair dryer, towels, hand soap, and starter toiletries are provided. Weekly maintenance ensures pristine condition.

Cook like at home in the open-plan chef’s kitchen, featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking essentials. The dining table seats 10 comfortably with beautiful mountain ambiance and direct access to the terrace with mountain views. A private outdoor BBQ is available for delicious moments with family and friends.

The cozy salon offers plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and rustic alpine touches. The open-concept layout connects to the dining and kitchen spaces, with a smart heating system controlled by thermostats and a mobile app.

Unwind in your private spa zone with an outdoor Jacuzzi, cleaned weekly and set in a peaceful garden area, and an indoor sauna, perfect for post-ski or evening relaxation. PDF instructions are provided for both, with hygiene rules enforced (shower before use, children restrictions apply). Towels and spa mats are provided.

The chalet is equipped with three smoke detectors (one per level) and a fire extinguisher in the entrance closet. Weekly checks are conducted on dishwasher filters, hood, jacuzzi water, and more, with full maintenance by a professional team. Instructions for trash disposal are provided, with bins located at the end of the lane.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the chalet, along with five private parking spaces on-site, a heated ski room with a secure key box, a private entrance cleared of snow in winter, a washer/dryer with detergent provided for guest use, and an outdoor terrace with seating and panoramic views.

The chalet is 5–10 minutes from ski lifts and ski school areas, close to restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques in Megève village, and situated in a peaceful, exclusive neighborhood ideal for families. It is surrounded by alpine beauty, perfect for hiking, skiing, or relaxation.

No smoking is allowed inside, though an ashtray is provided on the terrace. Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside to protect the parquet flooring, and quiet hours are observed after 10 PM.

Guests will have full private access to the entire 190 m² (2,045 ft²) three-level chalet during their stay, including all four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, the private outdoor Jacuzzi, indoor sauna, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with mountain views, washer/dryer for personal use, five private parking spaces on-site, ski room with secure key box, outdoor terrace with seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the chalet. Close to the slopes with fast access to ski lifts, though not ski-in/ski-out, it is ideally located for skiers. Enjoy complete privacy and independence during your stay, with a professional team available if assistance is needed.
