The triplex penthouse n°B40, located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the Falcon residence, with a surface area of 157 sqm, is perfect to welcome up to 10 people, maximum 8 adults.
This penthouse has four bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom cabin (without window) with a bunk bed and three bathrooms. The living room has a sitting area with a television and a fireplace plus a fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies and a furnished terrace completes the space with an outdoor hot tub. This penthouse has also a walk-in closet, an office area, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
During your holidays, you can benefit from a wellness area access with pool, a parking space in the underground car park and the Wi-Fi access.
