Chalet Brames is nestled in a very private “lotissement” of just ten chalets perched under the George Mauduit piste which drops down from the summit of Saulire to the main lift station at the Chaudanne.

The chalet sits in unusually generous and tranquil grounds facing Mont Vallon – where winter sunsets are something to behold – yet is just a couple of minutes from the villages of Meribel les Allues and Mottaret with the lift stations at Chaudanne and Mottaret providing the perfect launch pads to explore the 3 Valleys.

Brames was completely refurbished just 3 years ago and now offers a most beautiful and relaxing base from which to enjoy your mountain sejour.

The location is perfect for Mottaret or Chaudanne departures making access to our endless miles of piste easy for all. Our driver will take you to the lift station of your choice and collect you at days end. All very very easy.

Bedrooms are as individual as the spirit of the chalet, with that woody Alpine charm combining seamlessly with state-of the-art technology.

Bathrooms go for total immersion with deep tubs for soaking ski-weary muscles. Downstairs, there are steam and massage rooms and, for after-dinner competitiveness, a billiard room as well as a cinema.

As distinctions between work and life seem to vanish, there’s plenty of space and technology to satisfy all needs without encroaching on those bent purely on fun.

Chalet Brames is set up to be the perfect destination for your skiing holiday by experts who know exactly what facilities you want – because they want them too.

Hamman, cold plunge pool, massage rooms, yoga room and gym, outdoor hot tub, sun terraces, cinema, bar, snooker table and yes a study area for those who really, really need to work for a couple of hours a day.

Then for the kids there are toys, sledges and bags of safe space outside for building snowmen, igloos or for staging those good old fashioned snowball ambushes that erupt as the adults slide into the outdoor hot tub….

We are adopting very flexible approach to guest demands during the season. Should you want more or less catering our manager Ruth will be available to discuss all of these requirements with you. Although Brames has never and will never be a self catering chalet, we want to tailor your time to your needs and keep everyone as safe and as looked after as possible.

Chalet Les Brames is situated in the exclusive Brames enclave, which is accessed by a private driveway and electronic barrier. The main lift hub and centre of Meribel are only a 2 minute chauffeured drive.

Les Brames is located just off route du Mottaret 400m from la Chaudame. The shops, bars restaurants and clubs of Meribel and main high street are also within an easy walking distance.
