This luxury chalet has 5 en suite bedrooms, offers open plan living space and large south facing terrace with stunning mountain views in all directions. Alpine Retreat brings you chic style and contemporary living having just been freshly renovated.

Located in a quiet area called L'Ele on the sunny side of the valley, Alpine Retreat sits on a large plot surrounded by space and forest, with an alpine stream running by the chalet.

You can walk to the centre of Morzine in 15mins and Montriond in 10mins.

On the ground floor of the chalet, an entrance hall leads to bedroom 1, a gorgeous bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, chic ensuite with a gorgeous shower, and separate WC. This floor also offers a large storage area and internal access to the garage, which has recently been renovated as a ‘boot room’ of dreams for ski storage and brand new boot warmers, gym area & access to outside.

Moving up to the middle level of the chalet where you will find the main living space and central hub of the property. Polished concrete floors, spacious open plan living and impressive floor to ceiling windows offering access to the large decked terrace with swimming pool (not available in winter season), it’s the perfect space to entertain or relax and take in the views, after a day on the mountains. This level features a modern and fully kitted kitchen with central island, large dining table with mountain backdrop, glass fronted fire place, large TV and Sonos sound system and plenty lounge seating for everyone. There is also a cosy workspace, guest WC and utility room with washing machine.

On the top floor, there are 4 ensuite bedrooms all with storage and either access to a balcony or the outdoor space leading to the hot tub.

The chalet features Sonos speakers, wifi, large smart tv, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, boot warmers and parking space for 2 cars. Bedroom 5 has a large wall mounted TV and lots of games – the perfect place for the kids to relax after dinner!

Upper Terrace - there is a newly built large outdoor area with jacuzzi and firepit with some of the best uninterrupted views across the valley. We are one of the few chalets that are set alone, with neighbours a good distance away. You will really feel like you're in a peaceful retreat!

PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is not available during the winter season.

We like to offer a full range of options, as we know guests have different requirements to build their perfect holiday. All the below are services we use and recommend. We will put you in contact with the service provider and leave you to arrange everything as per your tastes and requirements. All are available at extra cost and prices below are approximate:

We have used several providers and will propose the ones we've been most impressed with. There are a huge array of food options to suit all tastes, the quality of chefs we've experienced have been superb. Please note that chefs take 1 day off middle of the week, but will still provide continental breakfast on that day. Below is a very rough outline of what's available, prices below are approx.

Easy access by car to the Super Morzine, Pleney, Prodains or Ardent Ski Lifts. Just a 5 min walk to the bus stop for access to the town/ski lifts. For additional cost we can arrange for a friendly & professional driver service to drop & pick you up from the slopes.

The chalet has ample parking for 2-3 cars.

We have an arrangement with a friendly & professional driver service and work with them to remove the stress of driving from your stay. We've found them very competitively priced. If you would like driver service to/from the slopes, they do require you also book the airport transfer with them.
