With breathtaking views of the Morzine valley and the mountains, close to the heart of the village and the ski lifts, the chalet is perfect for large groups or families who wish to take advantage of both the ski slopes in winter or the incredible mountain biking routes and hikes in the summer and being able to walk around the largest Portes du Soleil resort for a drink or a restaurant in the evening (hyper center 15min walk or free shuttle in front of the chalet). From 8am to 8pm the free ski bus stops in the driveway taking you directly to the slopes within minutes. The bus loops around town stopping at Super Morzine (with links to Ardent / Avoriaz and the Swiss side) and the Pleney (for Morzine /Les Gets / Nyon /Mont Chery slopes). No need to walk anywhere in your ski boots!
The proximity of the ski bus makes this a popular chalet for families with children and beginners. The location is close enough to town to get back from the bars at night without the need for taxis, yet set in its own quiet grounds means the chalet is also popular for large groups wanting to be close to the action.
The Chalet is composed of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen (2 ovens, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fondue sets, raclette, pancakes...), 5 beautiful bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding that can accommodate up to 14 people and four bathrooms (towels and sheets are provided). A wood stove (wood provided) is at your disposal in the main room to warm you up by the fireplace after a long day of skii.
An outdoor jacuzzi with a superb view of the resort completes this property.
Le Timeris has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2023.
