This brand new luxury chalet offers everything you need for a peaceful and modern stay. Located in a quiet, residential area, the property was completed in Summer 2025 and finished to an extremely high standard.
With four spacious bedrooms, this luxury property is designed to maximise sunlight in every part of the chalet. Each room boasts balcony and terrace access, (even the garage!) which means you get to enjoy the amazing views across to Nyon and Pleney at all times.
Enter the property at garden level directly into the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, where there’s a large velvet sofa to relax on after a busy day on the slopes. The chalet’s state of the art kitchen is an inviting space that any chef would enjoy, while vaulted ceilings, dual aspect windows and patio doors beautifully frame views of the mountains and forest – creating the perfect daily backdrop.
Sunsets from the large terrace, nestled to the side of the chalet, are unmatched. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy an après ski glass of wine, or soak up the alpine glow.
The chalet is located only 200m from the bus stop, and 500m from the bars and restaurants of Morzine town. The private garage is accessible from the ground floor and offers private ski storage with boot warmers. There’s also parking for two cars on the driveway.
The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor, featuring vaulted ceilings, a spacious bathroom and separate WC, and a large private balcony. The three other ensuite bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, all with large bathrooms, terrace access and outstanding views down the valley.
Please note: As the property is new, the interior is currently being elevated by a designer. Once completed, we’ll update the photography.
