#Outdoor hot tub
Recently renovated to a luxurious and contemporary level, Chalet Perdrix was formerly one of the original old ‘fermes’ in Morzine. Located on the sunny side of the town, it sits overlooking Morzine with stunning views of Pleney and the surrounding mountains, bathed in sunshine until the sun sets behind the Roc D’Enfer. Multiple balconies and terraces offer the perfect spot to enjoy the views.
The property has stacks of appeal from the sympathetically re-furbished interior to the airy, open-plan living area which impresses in sheer spaciousness.
A wide bi-fold door system, accessing the surrounding balcony, floods the living room with light and frames the stunning mountains opposite. The whole first floor makes up the chalet’s living space. The sitting room features a large, soft seating area by the fire, with ample sofa space for everyone. This leads into the double-height dining area, which is overlooked by a mezzanine – perfect for the kids to lounge about in. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is offset from the dining area and has room to offer a bar and drinks corner.
There are 5 large bedrooms, all of which can be either kingsize doubles or twins, with the top floor bedroom also having 2 further beds, to make it a quad suitable for a family. The bedrooms are spread throughout the property with 3 being on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor and the family room on the 2nd floor. Most of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, and all have contemporary en-suite bathrooms with either walk in showers or bath/shower. The upper balconies are wide and spacious enough to have seating from which you can lounge around on to enjoy one of the best views in Morzine – ideal for watching the weekly fireworks and torchlight descent in the ski season as well as spectacular sunsets all year round.
Perdrix has been welcoming Chaletowners guests since 11 Jun 2019.
Chalet Perdrix is sold as a fully catered chalet for exclusive use for full weeks or short breaks. We aim to provide the best possible service in a relaxed, informal and beautiful setting and as owner operators, we are able to run the chalet with flexibility in mind. We provide the framework around which you can structure your own personal holiday where decisions about timings – for breakfast, slope runs and dinner can be agreed with us. Even choices about food, both for breakfast and dinner can be made by you in advance.
Our in-house chef will provide delicious, soul-warming 4 course evening meals, served with a selection of quality wines, which vary daily, alongside a choice of cooked and continental breakfasts each morning, even on the chef’s day off. We provide a complimentary pre-dinner bar with canapés and snacks to start the evening. On returning from the slopes, afternoon tea and coffee and freshly-baked cakes are served daily even on chef’s day off. We know that tasty, good food features very highly on a skiing holiday and we pride ourselves in preparing and cooking a wide selection of menus originating from a global repertoire of delicious meals that will appeal to all palates. Everything is cooked from scratch using fresh, local ingredients and menus can be discussed with guests pre-arrival if requested.
During your stay, our housekeeping team will provide an alternate daily cleaning service and a mid week towel change along with replenishing the toiletries range. The in-house concierge team will be on hand during your holiday to arrange daily transfers to the ski lifts at times that suit you in the mornings and afternoons, and to provide useful information about any other activity or establishment in and around Morzine.
Ski holidays work best when a variety of services work in tandem to save time and energy, leaving you maximum slope time, so we have a number of in-house facilities which are on tap for our guests.
