A pearl of the Guisane valley, Le Mônetier-les-Bains (real name of Serre Chevalier 1500) is a village that has kept its preserved and traditional side. Accommodation in the village consists mainly of chalets and small residences.
Free shuttle buses provide a link between the different districts and the snow front.

Another particularity of Monêtier-les-Bains is its thermal spring, with mineral waters renowned for their benefits, which gushes out at 44°C and then meanders through the village in a multitude of small streets, each one more charming than the next. You can soak your feet at the source of the Rotonde at the top of the village, or take advantage of the Centre Thermoludique des Grands Bains. A must visit during your stay!

Serre Chevalier Vallée is one of the largest ski areas in France. The Grand Serre Che has 250 kilometres of ski slopes served by 61 ski lifts, and around 25% of the area is supplied with artificial snow.
