The newly built luxury chalet Marmotta Neve sits directly on the slopes. This alpine home, built with love and style, combines tradition and modernity. It offers you all the luxury you need to spend relaxing ski days. A unique location and first-class comfort await you at Chalet Marmotta Neve.

Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of Chalet Marmotta with direct access to the ski slope. During construction, a lot of emphasis was placed on tradition and local wood was used. The 150 m² flat, furnished in the traditional alpine style, offers space for 10 to 12 people. This charming apartment has a total of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2x bath, 3x shower) and an extra guest toilet. The open-plan kitchen/living room with cosy seating area and a dining area for 12 people is perfect for ending the day together after all the excitement of the slopes.

Our apartment comes with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and fully equipped kitchens. In addition, the chalet offers its own sauna with relaxation area and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. If required, a baby cot and high chair are included.

We are pleased to welcome you to the largest skiing area in Austria. You can expect 304 kilometres of pistes, unique deep-snow descents, exciting freeride routes and varied cross-country ski trails. For quieter days, we recommend walks through the snow-covered Verwall valley or a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride.
