The flat offers you three lovingly designed bedrooms that promise peace and relaxation. The two stylish shower bathrooms are modernly equipped and offer you refreshing moments. In addition, a spacious bathroom with an inviting bathtub is at your disposal, where you can completely relax.

Our luxurious flat offers plenty of space for up to 6 people, so you can create wonderful memories with your loved ones. In the cosy living room, a cosy fireplace attracts everyone's attention and creates a soothing atmosphere on chilly evenings. The old exposed roof truss gives the room a rustic charm and timeless elegance that invites you to linger and relax. The terrace tempts you to breathe in the fresh mountain air and savour the picturesque view to the full.

You can also enjoy exclusive access to our in-house wellness area. Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and treat yourself to relaxing hours in our spa area: bio sauna, infrared cabin, ice fountain, relaxation space and massage room. We are happy to organise a masseur. There is also gym where you can enjoy a training session according to your wishes and exactly when you feel like it.

To make your stay in the enchanting Chalet Marmotta Culm as pleasant and comfortable as possible, we provide you with two underground parking spaces per flat.

In all of our apartments there’s a washing machine with dryer function.

Upon your arrival you will receive flowers and a bottle of champagne.

In your apartment you’ll find everything that you’ll need (incl. soda stream, fully automatic coffee machine, tea, syrup, dried fruit, nut mixes, muesli etc.).

Breakfast (only included in winter): We bring fresh breakfast to your apartment every day (with bread, pastries, sausage, cheese, muesli, yoghurt, delicious marmalade and honey, etc. as well as coffee, tea and juices). In summer, breakfast can be booked optionally (costs on request).

Sweet afternoon snack: Every evening we spoil you with a regional-sweet cuisines.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping included.

Concierge-service on site: We’re always available for appointments, reservations and errands. You can find more details in our all-round service.
