The Skyfall Penthouse is the perfect private retreat. Two floors, 273 square meters, ski-in/ski-out, a private sauna and steam bath, plus a 140-square-meter terrace with panoramic views: this is where alpine elegance meets modern lifestyle.

Located directly on the slope, the "ski-in" penthouse combines traditional chalet charm with modern design on two floors. Four stylishly decorated bedrooms, an open living area with fireplace, a home cinema, as well as a steam bath and sauna, offer the highest level of comfort.

The penthouse is a part of the chalet and is ideal for families and smaller groups who enjoy the traditional, yet modern chalet style and don't want to miss out on any comfort.

Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provide ample space for relaxation. The large living room with an open fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere after a long day in the mountains.

The property also features a cinema room, ski room, and spa area with a sauna and steam bath.

Skyfall sits just above the Christobahn chairlift in downtown St. Christoph. To get to St. Anton you may ski down or take the St Christophbahn chairlift (in 300 meters from penthouse) or drive 1 minute by car.

The property is only 50 meter to the blue ski slope (ski-in).

St. Christoph may be one of the smallest villages in the Arlberg – but it is unbeatable when it comes to location. From here, St. Anton, Zürs, Lech, and Stuben are just a stone’s throw away. For winter sports enthusiasts, St. Christoph is a true hidden gem: Right on your doorstep, a 2.5-kilometer cross-country skiing trail begins, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding alpine landscape. At the same time, you have direct access to the Ski Arlberg area – with 305 kilometers of slopes and legendary off-piste terrain. Especially experienced skiers appreciate the perfect connection to the most exciting runs of the Arlberg.
