IBIS VIPERAE: Just a few seconds walk from the ski slopes, this private chalet comfortably sleeps 12. The chalet has a very traditional design whilst the styling and high-end interiors have a contemporary and welcoming feel. It offers fantastic open-plan living areas, a sauna and a luxury outdoor hot tub on a private sun terrace with magnificent views across to the mountains. The boot room delivers a true ski in ski out experience with instant access to the main lift of St Martin as well as the nursery slopes and ski schools.

Ground floor : Large open plan seating and dining area with great picture windows that look out across the village to the mountains and across a large terrace. Outside on the private sun terrace, this undercover area has seating and a large hot tub to help you unwind after a day on the slopes.

Well-equipped open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar for casual dining: ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

1st floor: Beautifully decorated living room of 15m² with wall-mounted flat screen TV equipped with UK digital TV channels as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime and plenty of board games to enjoy. This room is an incredibly cosy snug with magnificent views.

At level -1: Bedroom 1 en suite: hand crafted bunk room sleeping 4 (80x190) with storage and its own bathtub and WC. Bedroom 2: sleeps 2 (twin beds 80x200) with storage. Bedroom 3: 2 sleeps 2 (twin beds 80x200) with storage. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilets

At level -2: Bedroom 4: sleeps 2 (twin beds 80x200) with storage and a bathroom next door. Bedroom 5: Master suite (twin beds 80x200) boasts a walk-in wardrobe and its own en suite with shower . Large bathroom with Italian shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sauna.

We also provide you with many à la carte services such as cleaning on demand, laundry or pressing, grocery delivery, ordering and delivery of ski passes as well as ski equipment, transport management or home catering again.

The lovely hamlet with its stunning views is in 50m from the gondola, and right next the run coming down from the 3 Valleys. On spot you will find a ski rental, a lovely bistro-restaurant, a small grocery.
