In the heart of a charming mountain hamlet of Le Châtelard La Fermette is only 5 minutes by car from St Martin de Belleville. An ideal location for those who dream of enjoying the great outdoors in the 3 Valleys.

An old farm recently renovated, La Fermette has retained its traditional savoyard features: vaulted ceilings of the old stables, stone walls, patinated wood cladding. On the ground floor is the entrance to the chalet, which opens onto the large living room with its open plan kitchen, bar, dining room and fireplace. The dining area opens on to a large outside terrace, facing south-east, affording wonderful view towards Saint Martin and the surrounding alpine peaks.

The lower floor has 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with stunning views over the village.

The shops and restaurants of Saint Martin are about 5 minutes away. The 3 Vallées ski area is on your doorstep, thanks to the Saint Martin bubble which takes you to the slopes in just a few minutes. Around Le Châtelard, pedestrian and snowshoe trails, and dog sled rides will allow you to explore the winter landscape.
