The generously and high-quality furnished Premium Chalet on two levels offers around 150m² of living space, enough room for relaxation in its own wellness area, pleasurable experiences in the fully equipped kitchen, a wonderful and restful sleep in three spacious bedrooms and plenty of luxury and comfort in two generously and high-quality furnished bathrooms.

The luxury chalet, built in 2022, has two cosy bedrooms on the upper floor. In addition, a sunny south-west-facing balcony and a lounge under the roof gable invite you to linger. A large bathroom with shower is available for both bedrooms.

The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped. Everyone can sit comfortably at the rustic dining table with corner bench and chairs. A cosy corner complements the kitchen area.

The heart of the chalet is the large open living area, where you will find a cosy couch, TV and the open fireplace, which provides cosy warmth and a romantic atmosphere. The ground floor is completed with an additional bedroom and another spacious bathroom. Directly adjacent to the sun-drenched living area is a private terrace and promises indescribable views.

Our underground garage directly under the chalet allows a pleasant, stress-free access. Directly next to the garage is a sports cellar where you can store your skis, bikes or other sports equipment and utensils.

In the main residence, right next to the chalet, you will also find the "Engadin Chalet Apartment". A spacious flat for 2 people with a separable kitchen on a living area of around 50 sqm with high-quality interior fittings can be rented additionally. This means that larger groups of up to 8 people can also enjoy their holiday with us.

Surrounded by the breathtaking mountain scenery in the heart of the Engadin, you can spend your days in company or just for yourself. Because this place makes it possible. It takes you in its arms - but it also leaves you enough space for new exciting journeys of discovery.

Our outdoor hot tub belongs exclusively to our chalet guests. Take a refreshing bath on warm summer days or watch the dance of the snowflakes in the pleasantly warm water. The view is always directed towards the unspoilt Val Bever and lets time simply slip away. The stainless steel hot tub, which is framed in planed larch wood, is directly accessible from the outdoor seating area of the Private Chalet. The heat can already be controlled from inside the chalet. It is great fun for young and old - summer and winter.

The chalet is rented on self-catered basis.

In our opinion, good food and drinks are just as much a part of a relaxing holiday as rest and exercise. As a guest in our chalet, you have a variety of exciting options for catering, whether in the chalet itself or in the surrounding area. We will help you with that.

As we do not offer breakfast in-house, we recommend our breakfast service/bread roll service. The form can be filled out online. You will get the bread from the local bakery delivered directly to the chalet door the next morning - at fair prices.

The big advantage of staying with us in the chalet is that you are absolutely flexible. You don't have to eat in the same restaurant every evening. Here is a small selection which is of course not exhaustive, but highly recommended.
