The beautiful duplex apartment Lorenzo is located in the residence Myrtille comprising just seven apartments, enjoying an ideal location on the Avenue Olympic. It is only a short distance from the shops and old town of Val d’Isere. You will find the snow front with the main ski lift departures just a few minutes’ walk away and you are able to ski back to the front door.
Located at the foot of the Solaise forest on the third and fourth floor of the residence, this beautiful apartment of 125 m2 has been designed to maximize the entrance of natural light in the living areas, creating a lovely welcoming feel. Its’ interior which combines modern decoration and local alpine materials, gives the apartment an authentic charm.
Lorenzo can accommodate up to 8 guests in its four bedrooms, all of which have ensuite bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, all with private west-facing balconies: a master bedroom with both a bath and shower, one double/twin bedroom and a bunk room with two large bunk beds. The final double/twin bedroom is on the upper floor of the apartment and boasts a stunning view from its full height windows.
There are two separate balconies leading from the living area, offering beautiful views of the village of Val d’Isere and the famous piste ‘la face de Bellevarde’. Inside the layout is both comfortable and practical, with seating around the fireplace and large TV for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen with breakfast bar is generously equipped (including a Nespresso machine and separate wine fridge) and leads conveniently to the dining area.
This is the perfect apartment for family or friends, giving you the best location for both skiing and exploring this high-altitude resort. The duplex bedroom and bunk room allow for flexible sleeping arrangements.
