Designed for families and groups of friends, this chalet is available for up to 15 guests (7 en-suite bedrooms). It consists of two independent apartments sleeping 6 to 10 guests, which can be rented as one chalet. The accommodation offers peace and quiet, comfort, plenty of sunshine, and a panoramic south-facing view of the entire valley, with a picturesque view over Le Fornet village. Completely renovated by a renowned architect in 2024, it is located in one of the sunniest areas of Val d'Isère, at the top of the hamlet of Le Fornet.
The property features spacious south-facing terraces, including the highest terrace in the Val d’Isère valley, offering panoramic views of the Pisaillas Glacier, Le Fornet village, and the valley below. The first-floor terrace also features an outdoor jacuzzi.
The chalet is less than a 3-minute walk (80 m) from the Fornet cable car, offering you direct and quick access to the glacier via the new Vallons Gondola. The town centre is just 5 minutes away thanks to a regular free shuttle, running every 5 minutes during the day with service through the evening.
Les Terrasses was fully refurbished in 2024. A panoramic outdoor jacuzzi, gym, sauna, playground and heated ski room complete the experience. Access to the Fornet cable car via a private and secure underground passage, secure private garage (2 large spaces), high-speed Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping and dedicated concierge support.
Optional: a small apartment on the ground floor can host 2 to 4 guests or used for staff, on request.
