One of the most centrally located luxury catered ski chalets, Kilco Penthouse is perfect for groups or families wishing the be in the very heart of Val d’Isère village for their luxury ski holiday. Set in a stunningly secluded location, less than 100m from the main chairlifts and ski school meeting points, Kilco is a double height penthouse with dual aspect balconies north and south. A spectacular open plan living space, private swimming pool, a moroccan hammam and underground parking all whilst being within easy walking distance of the main Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts.

Kilco Penthouse is a unique property in Val d'Isère and you will be wowed from the moment you enter. Featuring huge reclaimed wood beams and sweeping views this property is simply fabulous. Enter the penthouse by a lift with a private key that opens direct into your property. The double height windows draw in the mountains that surround the village. Large terraces are situated on both the north and south facing aspects of the penthouse. The entrance level features a large open plan living and dining space with a centrally located fireplace and an antique wood dining table. The furnishings are soft and playful and have a contemporary feel with a nod to traditional mountain properties. Oversized lamps and bespoke art commissions feature throughout this floor and compliment the wooden interior. Four private bedrooms spread from the central living space each with open plan bathrooms, bespoke furniture and high roofs which create harmonious spaces in which to relax. An open stairwell leads to the upper level and a cute bedroom above the main living space with its own bathroom. All bedrooms within Kico Penthouse can be configured with a king or twin beds. Taking the elevator down to the basement level you will find your private swimming pool with flow system. The swimming pool has windows deeply piled with snow through most of the winter creating a wonderful place to relax after your day on the mountain and the area also has a Moroccan tiled hammam. There is a covered car parking space which is included with the penthouse, a rarity in the centre of the main village.

Through the week you'll be spoilt with beautiful daily breakfasts, afternoon teas and treated to an elegant three course dinner on five of the evenings, as between every knife and fork, magic awaits. If you need a tailored children's menu and early dinner for the littlest skiers, we've got it covered. Sip from our carefully selected wine list, in addition to the range of house spirits and curated small batch gins, if that's your thing, and we'll serve you delicately crafted canapés along with champagne on a night of your choosing.
