Penthouse Weissmatten in House Alpa is a stunning penthouse newly built for the 2025/26 season, very centrally located and within easy reach of the Matterhorn Express lift. The nearest shops and restaurants are just 1 minute away and the mountain lift station is an easy 600m walk. Weissmatten has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, Matterhorn views, a big sunny terrace, mountain larch tree wood throughout, and a feature fireplace.
With 190m2 of floor area, Weissmatten is very spacious, enhanced by an exceptionally high ceiling and wide hallway. The Penthouse is finished to the highest specification with top of the range equipment and design furnishings throughout. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the master bathroom has both a bath-tub and a shower, the other two bedrooms can be made as double or Austrian twins and have showers. The apartment has a utility room with a washing machine and separate dryer.
Weissmatten has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2025.
